2.     Introduction and presentation of Resolution R2010-10: A resolution to
enter into a contract with the Tennessee Department of Transportation for assistance in construction and completion of a proposed industrial access highway under provisions of the Industrial Highway Act of 1959

 

3.     Acceptance of bid from River City Hydraulics, Inc. for two new replacement brush trucks for $118,924.00
 

4.     Resolution R2010-11: 2009-2010 fiscal year budget amendments per recommendation from the Finance Committee

 

5.     Introduction and first reading of Ordinance O2010-02: An ordinance to amend the Municipal Zoning Ordinance and Map for Martin, Tennessee, by rezoning a tract of land located off Tyler Austin Road from R-1 (Low Density Residential) to R-1A (High Density Single Family Residential)
