The Martin Event Center in Martin, Tennessee is a 3500 sq/ft multipurpose facility that can be setup to accommodate any event need from weddings, school dances, formals, private dinners, large conferences, receptions, celebrations, civic club meetings, or corporate/business trainings. The space can be configured as 4 smaller rooms (A,B,C or D) or one large event space. Requests are encouraged to be made online but may be made in-person or by phone.

Indoor Room Rental Fees

*Three hour time blocks are from 8am-5:30pm.  After hours meetings can be requested. 
**Prices vary based on setup time and after hours rentals.
Non Profit, governmental, & community groups can request to use the Event Center Space at no charge, however these requests will be booked based availability of space & staff. These requests can be made through the Martin Public Library or the Martin Event Center. These booking are limited to 1 time per month per group.

  • The room rental comes with access to the lecterns, round tables, long tables, chairs, & AV equipment on site.
  • Additional set up pieces can be rented ( bar carts, risers, piano/keyboard )
 

Outdoor Stage Rental Fees

  • Contact for pricing - starts at $250 
  • Indoor Greenroom Space: Can be requested/ rented based on Event Center availably
  • The rental of the outdoor stage does not include any indoor space apart from restroom access.

Event Booking & Payment Policy

Event dates at the Martin Event Center are not considered confirmed until a signed contract and required payment are received.

• Events with rental fees under $300 require full payment within one (1) week of the contract being issued to the client.

• Events with rental fees over $300 require a 50% deposit within one (1) week of the contract being issued to secure the reservation. Full payment is required 30 days prior to the event. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the event date being released.

AVAILABILITY NOTICE

The Martin Event Center will offer limited booking for 2026 due to limited staff availability and the deployment of one of our regular staff members to active military duty.

If you have an immediate need, please complete the event request form, and a team member will contact you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and support.

    These images are from events and can be used for inspiration and layout. The MEC does not provide tablecloths, china, decor, flowers, etc. Decor and table settings can be rented from local suppliers. We do provide the items listed above.

    Becoming a caterer.

    Caterers are required to sign the Martin Event Center catering agreement, agrees to our catering terms and services, and provide a yearly updated insurance certificate. Service provides who do not follow our rules and guidelines or fail to provide the needed documents will be removed from the list.
