Splash Pad Rules

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE RULES:

  • Parents or guardians must supervise their children at all times
  • NO running or rough play is permitted
  • NO pets, skateboards, bicycles, scooters or roller blades are allowed on the splash pad
  • Clean strollers or wheel chairs are allowed
  • Clean footwear or aqua socks are recommended
  • No alcohol or tobacco is permitted on the splash pad
  • Children not toilet trained must wear tightly fitting plastic pants and a swim diaper
  • Food and Glass containers are prohibited on the splash pad
  • No soap, shampoos, conditioners, body lotions or body washes are allowed
  • NO spitting, spouting of water, blowing the nose and similar behavior on the splash pad
  • Use prohibited by all persons having any contagious diseases or infectious conditions
  • The water from the splash pad is not suitable for drinking
  • Use of splash pad is prohibited when thunder is heard or lightning is seen
  • Splash pad may be closed at any time due to maintenance or other operational concerns

Poplar Falls Park

Address: 104 Poplar St, Martin TN

Description:

This passive park was an Eagle Scout project by Chris Haire in 1989.

It was dedicated on April 22, 1990 in memory of Margaret Pritchette Neese.
