Business Tax License
If your business resides with the city limits of Martin, you need to apply for a business tax license. Please fill out the Application for Business Tax License and return it to the City Hall.
The cost is $15.
The fee will need to be paid at the time the application is submitted. You can return your application by taking it and the fee to the City Hall or by mail.

Vendor Permit
Vendor Permits are valid for a 2 week period starting from the first date of active vending. Please fill out the Application for Vendor Permit and return it to the City Hall. Food trucks cannot park on city property without permission from the city. Please contact us regarding food truck questions.
