Martin, TN – October 11, 2023 – The Martin Tennessee Parks & Recreation Department is thrilled to announce the opening of registration for the 2023 Martin Youth Basketball season. This program is a fantastic opportunity for children in and around Martin to participate in a fun and educational basketball experience.
Important Dates:
- Registration Deadline: November 4, 2023 with practices to follow.
- Games Commence: January 6, 2024

- Registration Fee: $50 per child
- Age Range: Participants must be at least in 2nd grade to sign up and play.
Highlights to Note:
- Game Schedule: Games will be held on Saturday mornings.
- Venues: Games will take place at either the Martin Middle School or Westview Auxiliary Gym.
- Friendly Competition: Teams may have the chance to travel on a few weekends to face different competition, fostering sportsmanship and community connections.
- Family Discount: Families with more than two players registering will receive a discount on the 3rd and all additional children’s registration fees. To ensure all players are registered within the same order, please register all of your children at the same time.
